ubiMaster Selected for MassChallenge Switzerland 2023 Accelerator

ubiMaster joins global network of innovators 

2023 – ubiMaster was selected to participate in the MassChallenge Switzerland 2023 accelerator program. ubiMaster was one of over 1’200 other startups to apply for the accelerator located in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Since 2016 MassChallenge Switzerland has been a leader in helping startups across Europe and beyond grow their businesses. To date, 610 MassChallenge Switzerland alumni have raised more than CHF 985M in funding and created value for both economies and societies around the world.  

ubiMaster democratises and scales human tutoring with Knowledge-as-a-Service (KaaS).  

UbiMaster is an innovative tutoring platform that serves the needs of students and trainees in a customized way and at fixed prices. Access is simple: students and trainees start their request via the ubiMaster app and are connected to a qualified human tutor on-demand - seven days a week.   

The startup offers its products primarily to companies that integrate the service into their employee benefit programs. As a result, employers not only improve the work-life-balance of their employees, but also support all employees’ children, regardless of the parents' income. Thanks to the flat-rate model, the costs always remain predictable and manageable for employers. Since its foundation in 2019, ubiMaster has already given more than 10,000 students access to a better education, with around 75 percent improving their grades thanks to ubiMaster. The consistently high quality of support and learning content is ensured by a rigorous, multi-stage selection process for tutors.   

As part of the MassChallenge program, ubiMaster's goals are to scale its operations but also to strengthen its network of partnerships and collaborations. The startup seeks to leverage the expertise and mentorship offered by MassChallenge to drive innovation, connect with potential partners and ultimately make a lasting difference in the education sector.
